How do I join the Senior CommUnity Care PACE Provider Network?
We would love nothing more than to partner with you in assisting in the care of our aging population. Partnering with Senior CommUnity Care as a contracted provider helps us keep participants safe in their homes and communities. Who do I contact about any changes to my contracted provider services agreement?
Any changes or updates to your service agreement need to be made with our Contracting Department. Please reach out to our team at contracting@voa.org.
How do I submit claims?
Senior CommUnity Care PACE has 3 different options for you to submit your claims:
- Electronically- Payor ID#: VNSPC
- Claims Portal
- Mail In:

How do Senior CommUnity Care PACE network providers register to use the Provider Portal?
Our Provider Portal is coming soon and additional training will be provided when it is available to use. In the interim, if you have any additional questions please reach out to our Provider Relations Manager, Danielle Hollingshead at providerrelationscentral@voa.org for further assistance.
Where can I check the status of a claim?
Checking on your claims couldn’t be any easier with Senior CommUnity Care. Please reach out to our Claims Department at claims@voa.org for additional help.
I do not agree with the outcome of the claim. How do I file a provider dispute?
If you disagree with the outcome of a claim you submitted, please click here to fill out a Claim Appeal Form.
